Exclusive Mortgage Leads-These leads are generated from the INTERNET and called by one of our experienced and professional representatives. The customer has responded to an ad or notice which was placed on the INTERNET in the past 24 to 48 hours. Our team calls them as soon as possible to verify all the information that was submitted by way of a form for a mortgage. Once the information is verified we ask the customer if they would like to be transferred to a Loan Officer for further assistance in obtaining their financing. If the customer says yes then they become a live transfer, we call the Mortgage Broker and introduce the Broker to the customer and transfer critical information to the Broker about the customer while the customer is listening in a 3 way call environment. Should they say I don’t have the time or would prefer the Loan officer call them then that becomes a mortgage lead? Mortgage leads are shipped that day to the loan officer for direct follow up.

As you can see, which ever choice the customer decides, the lead is double verified for the interest in obtaining a financial transaction.

Semi-Exclusive Leads are generated with the process as Exclusive Leads with the exception of these leads maybe sold one or two additional time to other Mortgage Brokers. These leads are the most economical leads for Brokers.
